Katherine Heigl Launches Her Own Scrubs

KATHERINE HEIGL, the adorable actress who plays intern Izzie Stevens on ABC’s “Grey’s Anatomy,” is taking her hospital uniform public in true style.

The 28-year-old has partnered with a healthcare-clothing business to launch the Katherine Heigl Collection, a fashion-forward line of scrubs. It’s the first time a celebrity has designed a collection for the medical industry, and Katherine says she hopes that women in the profession get a welcome shot of confidence from her designer duds.

She is partnering with Peaches Uniforms and delivery will start in late Fall 2007.
